ISNATEC PLANTS & TECNOLOGIES

PACKING PLANTS

İsnatec packing plants fill valved bags, open‑mouth bags, and big‑bags. High‑precision scales (±0.2%), automatic bag sewing, and robotic palletizing are standard. Capacities range from 200 to 3,000 bags/hour. Dust emissions are minimized, ensuring a clean working environment.

PACKING PLANTS

Packing is the most critical stage in delivering dry mortar, gypsum, cement, or other construction chemicals to the customer. İsnatec packing plants integrate four technologies: valved bag filling, open‑mouth bag filling, big‑bag filling, and FIBC filling. Each system is customized based on product flowability, moisture sensitivity, and particle size. For example, air‑release valved filling is used for fine gypsum, while gravimetric open‑mouth filling is used for coarse sand.

Filling accuracy is essential due to legal metrology standards. İsnatec uses high‑resolution strain‑gauge scales and electronic control units to fill each bag within ±0.2% tolerance. A dust extraction nozzle at the filling head keeps the work area clean. After filling, bags pass through automatic heat sealing or sewing units. Single‑head systems fill 5‑6 bags/minute (300 bags/hour); multi‑head systems fill 15‑20 bags/minute (1,200 bags/hour).

Automation level varies with plant size. Small operations may use semi‑automatic bag opening, filling, and closing units. Large integrated plants include fully automatic robotic palletizing, stretch wrapping, and labeling. İsnatec can integrate low‑speed (500‑1,000 bags/hour) or high‑speed (2,000‑3,000 bags/hour) palletizing robots. Date, batch number, and barcode printers on each bag ensure full traceability.

Dust control and worker safety are primary design criteria. A negative‑pressure dust extraction system at the filling head ensures near‑zero dust leakage. The entire packing area is equipped with explosion relief panels and electrostatic grounding. İsnatec packing plants deliver high speed and precise filling accuracy while meeting the highest occupational health and safety standards.
