Data collection and reporting are critical for quality management. İsnatec SCADA records every production parameter (temperature, pressure, humidity, motor current, vibration, runtime, energy consumption) in real time and displays trend graphs. Managers can connect remotely via a web interface or mobile app. OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and Profinet protocols allow automatic data flow to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), keeping raw material stocks, production quantities, and shipping plans updated in real time.
Maintenance and fault management are integrated. İsnatec’s system counts equipment operating hours and alerts operators when scheduled maintenance is due. In case of a fault, error codes and suggested solutions appear on screen. Remote support allows İsnatec engineers to connect via VPN for fast diagnosis. All these features increase production efficiency, minimize human error, and reduce operating costs.
